They are 1500 MCG per serving, they are for energy support, they have b vitamins Aid in the conversion of food into energy, in the flavors combine for a mocha latte experience, which I love dearly who doesn't love coffee or chocolate!
I have been taking them for the last 2 weeks Faithfully, I have noticed that I wake up more energize and feel more well-rested, something I didn't feel before.
