two electrode wire une for the right and one for the left, and the device it self with all the program to chose from, also has a LCD screen. I was happy to receive this product for review because as you guys know, I suffer from herniated disk and been taking medicine for a while as well as therapy, i have try this product for a week only used it twice guys and must say, I felt like when I used to go for physical therapy and it work wonders in less time only takes 15 minutes for you to used it and if need of more therapy just hit the repeat mode and there, you are good to go. i totally recommend this product. here it the link if you choose to get it, you can buy it at amazon.com at a reasonable price,

i totally enjoy this product alot even my husband uses it and love it, i was happy to know i got approve seance my page has gotten hack before, know it is fit and in product review mode i go.
guys, if you are suffering from any pain in your body give this product a try, you wont regret it I promise.
