It's been a long time that I have been looking for a product that I can put on, that gives me the Comfort I need throughout the day when its on, also that doesn't make me feel like I'm suffocating and I can't breathe and I think I have found it. I received this via the link below.

Like I was saying, not only is it comfortable to wear but it's very easy to put on, the instructions are very easy to follow.
first, you have to make sure that the watch label is on your bottom right hand side, when put on the back, second is to outline the bottom of the band to the lowest point of your pelvic and fasten, last but not least it says use the secondary straps to Target problems area that gives an immediate waistline.
It also has far-infrared technology, It also says that it has a high watch durability, its also another bamboo charcoal. Totally loving this product when I tried it on, I feel comfortable and not suffocate at all.
Also before wearing it I took a measurement of my waist was it was 42 inches after putting on the belly band I lost 5 inches making it now 37, if you open your mouth in a gesture of saying wow, LOL so did I,
